CLUB INFORMATION:
Harmony Landing Country Club, a private club incorporated in 1953, is located northeast of Louisville in picturesque Goshen, Kentucky. It is carefully nestled in the heart of the most beautiful landscape that the Bluegrass State has to offer. The Clubhouse was built in 1810 and was constructed of bricks made on the farm. Six clay tennis courts and the large pool provide opportunities for summer recreation at its finest. The Club’s challenging 18-hole golf course was initially designed by George Davies and dates back to 1929. JOB SUMMARY:
Harmony Landing is seeking a professional for the position of Membership Director with demonstrated experience to lead an aggressive marketing plan to promote the services, facilities and benefits of Club membership to multiple target markets. Candidate should be able to think broadly and analyze the Club’s position and industry trends to make appropriate recommendations to the General Manager and Membership Committee. An additional component of this position is public relations and the ability to effectively network and represent the Club in the local communities, both residential and professional. Candidate must be a self starter, able to develop and work a marketing plan and possess the ability to work independently. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a dynamic personality are a must.
Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation will be a base salary plus commission on sales, commensurate to experience, along with an employee benefit and vacation package.
