Donna Coyne joined Club Mark Corporation in 1988 and has been instrumental in developing marketing initiatives and team training programs for well over 350 clubs. Donna has earned the reputation as one of the top recruiters for Membership Professionals and provides consulting to clubs and directors nationally on placement and compensation of key membership personnel.
She has vast experience in hiring and training of membership marketing personnel in country clubs, city clubs, yacht clubs and athletic clubs. She also provides extensive industry experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, sales and communications.
In 1995, Donna co-developed the Professional Club Marketing Association, an allied association to the CMAA and PGA, to represent Membership Marketing Directors in the industry with certification, placement services, educational programs, workshops, seminars and representation throughout the industry.
In 2006, Donna developed Professional Club Placement Services, as a recruiting and training resource in which clubs could rely on placement and professional training of Membership Directors, Marketing Directors and Member Relation Directors.

Rachel has worked in one aspect or another of the hospitality industry since 1990. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas’ hospitality program, Rachel completed internships locally and internationally.
As a club management professional, Rachel has worked in clubs across the country in mid and upper level club management positions, giving her extensive exposure to the hiring and placement of qualified candidates throughout the clubhouse and department director levels. With experience at large and small country clubs, developer owned, member owned and transitioning clubs, Rachel understands that all clubs have unique hiring, placement and training needs.
In addition to hiring management and food and beverage professionals, throughout her career, Rachel was also involved in setting up and executing internship programs at large and small clubs. Active in the Club Managers Association of America and a Certified Club Manager, Certified Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine, Rachel’s extensive experience in food and beverage and passionate pursuit of continuing education will help to ensure that candidates are the perfect fit for your club.

Amy is the newest member to join Professional Club Placement Services. She has worked in almost every aspect of the hospitality industry since 1988. Her experiences as an educator, event coordinator and membership director for a private club make her a great fit for the team.
Amy’s approach to helping clubs find their perfect fit is to visualize the perfect Membership Professional for them and go out and find that individual. She believes that when a team can visualize their desired outcome clearly, then they can definitely make that outcome a reality.
