Job Summary

Stock Farm Club is seeking to add to their team of professionals, an experienced Director of Marketing & Membership Sales with demonstrated experience to lead aggressive marketing plans designed to create more awareness of the Club, promote Club membership offerings, the services, facilities and benefits to multiple target markets across the country and internationally. A key component of this position is public relations and the ability to effectively network and professionally represent the Club in the local community, national and international target markets. The Director of Marketing & Membership Sales must have a proven ability to conduct/coordinate market research, utilize such data to develop strategic marketing plans and be capable of implementing approved plans in the Club’s key market areas.

The Candidate of choice must be a self-starter, able to work independently as well as within a team environment. The Candidate of choice should have experience in creating traditional print and web-based marketing strategies that bring results and additional prospective members and guests to the Club. An understanding of the game of golf is a must, however the ability to play the game is a plus, but not mandatory. The ability to present the lifestyle and define cultural influences is a must. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of work experience in the hospitality industry in the position of marketing and sales, a high level of understanding and education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, and Public Relations. The Candidate of choice will need to be able to relocate, as well as, have the availability to possibly travel during the off season for marketing purposes.

Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate to experience, along with an attractive employee benefit package.
