JOB DESCRIPTION:
[Name of Club] is seeking a membership professional to lead its recruitment and retention efforts. The Membership and Marketing Director is
an integral part of the management team as they are responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies, programs
designed to increase membership sales and the promotion of a positive image of the Club. A key component of this position is public relations
and the ability to effectively network and represent [Name of Club] in the local community. The director is responsible for managing the [Name
of Club] brand both internally and externally. They will also be highly visible with the membership in order to ensure member satisfaction,

QUALIFICATIONS:

• This position’s schedule will vary according to business needs but will require some evening hours, weekends and holidays that the club is open on and attendance at specific member events.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation will be a base salary, commensurate to experience, plus bonus and commission along with an employee benefit package, paid
vacation and meals while at club.
